small sink surface hairs
The breakfast was delivered ON time. It was just what I wanted.
The sink IN the bathroom was small. I found it hard to use. I found hairs inside the toilet bowl upon opening it. The linen also had hairs on the surface.

breakfast bag clean hotel dog walks
The provided breakfast bags were a good touch each morning. They included croissants, bacon rolls, and other items. The hotel was clean and warm. Plenty of walks were available for our dog (which was so helpful!).

slightly underwhelming, i guess
tiny sink hairs in linen
i found hairs in places i'd rather not, such as inside the toilet and all over the linen. the sink in my bathroom was also tiny. it was hard to even wash my hands without splashing water everywhere. i didn't particularly enjoyed these aspects of my stay.

warm croissants great facilities hard pillows hard towels
the breakfast was lovely. warm croissants and bacon rolls made the morning special. facilities were great too, providing everything i needed for a comfortable stay.
The pillows were too hard for me. the towels were also quite hard. A softer touch would be appreciated.
